So once I started running, I became more and more confident, and more and more determined to keep going. I often stop running after a while because work gets busy or I get lazy, but I wanted to see if I could actually do a 5k run round the park!
So I put on a girl power playlist, and set off in the rain! I ran 5.25k in 35 minutes, and I felt SO GOOD after. Baby steps, all in prep for our colour run!
