Ah, we’ve been so excited for this day!! Comicon! We set off early to Birmingham NEC, and were immediately swallowed up by people in costumes ranging from tiny chewbaccas to very elaborate Japanese anime that I don’t recognise…and TONS of Harley Quins. We were overwhelmed by how much there was to see- we watched a robot wars battle (so nostalgic!) and my favourite part was the comic corner where we got to meet Sarah Graley (she is so cool, look her up!) and many other awesome artists. We collected so many beautiful independent comics and graphic novels, it was amazing!

It was a little overwhelming, busy and filled with wonderfully nerdy (and at times very irritating) teens. BUT it was an experience i’m so glad we had!
